Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Self Storage Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This role is responsible for maintaining occupancy levels, managing customer accounts, overseeing property upkeep, and building relationships within the local community to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility.
- Lease storage units and assist customers with selecting the best storage solutions for their needs.
- Maintain high occupancy levels through sales initiatives, customer retention, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct local marketing and community outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle administrative duties including reporting, collections, account management, and record keeping.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor facility performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Enforce company policies and maintain a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous self-storage management experience preferred.
- Prior management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Comfortable networking within the local community and promoting the business.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and willing to learn facility management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
