• Design and customize travel itineraries for different client needs.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation accurately.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after each trip.
• Stay informed about promotions, seasonal offers, and new destinations.

🔹 Requirements

• Genuine interest in travel and customer service.
• Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Comfortable using digital tools (online platforms, email, communication apps).
• Previous customer service or travel planning experience is a plus, but not required.
