In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing friendly, professional, and timely assistance across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and account processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver fast, effective solutions.
• Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure follow-up for client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or client support (finance, banking, or office environment preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and email/chat systems.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information with care.
