Position: Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager

Compensation:

• Commission-based (uncapped)
• $100,000 – $200,000+ potential

TruePoint Construction is looking for experienced or highly motivated sales reps to run company-provided leads, inspect roofs, and close deals for residential roofing and insurance restoration projects.

This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who are confident, driven, and ready to earn based on performance.

💼 Responsibilities:
 

• Run company-provided leads (primary focus)
• Perform roof inspections for storm damage (wind/hail)
• Meet with homeowners and explain roofing solutions
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Close deals and sign contracts
• Coordinate with production team after closing
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the job

✅ Requirements:

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Sales experience preferred (roofing or related is a plus)
• Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred)
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
