At Ultimateam, we build impactful education and technology solutions. We are looking for a Associate Product Manager who can bridge business needs, product development, and technical execution.
This role is suitable for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys coordinating with multiple teams, solving problems, and ensuring products are delivered according to requirements.
Job Description
1. Product Development & Execution
- Gather and analyze product/business requirements
- Create PRDs and coordinate with Designers & Tech Team during development
- Ensure product delivery aligns with business requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Conduct product review, analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Support product planning, improvements, and target setting
2, Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Coordinate between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates/issues
- Prepare project documentation, update decks, and product guides
- Support project estimation and operational discussions when needed
3. Product Maintenance & Support
- Act as liaison between partners/users and internal Tech Team for product issues
- Handle bug reports, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate issue resolution
- Ensure fixes are tested and properly delivered back to stakeholders
- Support ongoing maintenance and operational needs for partner/internal products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Product, Business Analyst, Project Coordination, or related role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to translate business needs into clear documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects/tasks
- Familiar with software development process
- Experience with ERP/Odoo is a plus
- Interest in Education and Technology industry is preferred
