We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join Unified Separation Technologies, a leading company in the Biotechnology/Greentech industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients. Your work will directly impact the company's success by fostering strong relationships with customers, driving adoption of our products, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be involved in exciting projects that focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
  • Onboard new customers, provide product training, and support them throughout their journey
  • Proactively reach out to customers to drive product adoption and usage
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to prevent churn
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Passion for technology and innovation in the Biotechnology/Greentech industry
