Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to inform them about our products and services.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and provide necessary information to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management team.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve services and products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer needs.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Fluency in Hindi and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
