Responsibilities
    - Manage executive schedules and organize appointments
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation
- Handle communications, both internal and external
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintain and organize digital files and records
- Support the executive team with administrative tasks
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics as needed
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
    - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
