As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $32,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture focused on growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules and organize appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation
  • Handle communications, both internal and external
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics as needed
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
