Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and skilled Electrical Energy Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize energy-efficient solutions for our projects and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing energy usage, designing systems for energy conservation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Energy Analysis and Optimization:
   • Conduct energy audits to assess current energy usage and identify potential areas for improvement.
   • Develop strategies to improve energy efficiency in electrical systems and processes.
   • Analyze energy data and recommend cost-effective solutions to reduce consumption.
2. System Design and Implementation:
   • Design and implement energy-efficient electrical systems and equipment.
   • Evaluate and select renewable energy technologies, such as solar, wind, or energy storage solutions, for integration into projects.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate sustainable practices into the design phase.
3. Project Management:
   • Lead energy-related projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
   • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
4. Compliance and Standards:
   • Ensure all energy systems comply with local, national, and international regulations.
   • Stay updated on energy codes, standards, and certifications (e.g., LEED, ISO 50001).
5. Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Develop monitoring systems to track energy performance and savings.
   • Prepare detailed technical and financial reports on energy efficiency projects.
   • Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
6. Research and Innovation:
   • Keep up-to-date with emerging energy technologies and trends.
   • Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for innovative energy solutions.
   • Recommend adoption of cutting-edge energy strategies to drive sustainability goals.
7. Training and Awareness:
   • Provide training to staff and clients on energy conservation techniques.
   • Promote awareness of energy management practices across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3–7 years of experience in energy management, renewable energy systems, or energy-efficient design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles, technologies, and renewable energy systems.
  • Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., RETScreen, HOMER, EnergyPlus).
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, power generation, and load management.
  • Understanding of utility tariffs, energy markets, and financial modeling for energy projects.
