• Role: Human Resources (HR) Executive
• Location: C-109 Goyal Titanium Business Park, Makarba, Ahmedabad (Onsite only)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 (based on your Experience & Expertise)

Work Timing & Leave:

• Shift: 🕒 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
• Days: Monday to Friday - 5 Days working
• Leaves: 1.5 days off per month

Key Responsibility:

• Proactively identify, source, and onboard high-caliber IT professionals through diversified channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Serve as a primary advisor for candidates, providing strategic coaching and guidance to facilitate successful placements within our partner networks.
• Conduct rigorous initial interviews and technical evaluations to ensure all candidates meet the specific requirements of our US-based clientele.
• Execute profile marketing strategies by optimizing candidate resumes to highlight key technical competencies and domain expertise.
• Manage the coordination of interviews and provide comprehensive post-interview feedback to ensure high candidate retention and placement success.
  
  Requirements
• Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.A., or B.Tech preferred).
• Communication Skills: Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills, as you will be interacting with US-based professionals daily.
• Technical Interest: A strong interest in learning about IT technologies (like Java, Python, Cloud, etc.) to help identify the right talent.
• Mentorship Mindset: A desire to help others; you will be trained to guide candidates on how to improve their resumes and find their dream jobs.
• Work Ethic: Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to handle targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Must be willing to work the US Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
• Computer Basics: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Google Search, and basic MS Office (Word/Excel).
