II. 6-8 years of experience in managing volume hiring(Voice and NonVoice) and non IT(BFSI) hiring
III. Understand market dynamics and drive business decisions
IV. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines
Soft Skills :
I. Exceptional communications – verbal and writing
II. Should have knowledge on MIS and updating reports
