Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake processes, ensuring accurate data entry and verification
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and inquiries
• Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Collaborate with dental staff to streamline patient flow
• Handle insurance verification and billing processes
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience
• Assist in training new staff on intake procedures
• Support administrative tasks as required to maintain office efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
