Job Summary

Vupico is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our service lines.

You’ll work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to develop strategic sales initiatives, craft tailored proposals, and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. This is an ideal position for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for helping businesses grow through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and digital outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends

Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to decision-makers

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful onboarding

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions

Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management (preferably in technology or SaaS)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and digital prospecting tools

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment

Preferred:

Experience selling software, IT services, or digital transformation solutions

Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and B2B enterprise markets

Familiarity with proposal tools and virtual sales presentations

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
