Watershed Restoration Group Inc., an Accounting company based in Missoula, is seeking a Mid-Senior Botanical Garden Curator to join our team. As a Botanical Garden Curator, you will work on-site to manage and maintain our botanical garden, ensuring that it is a beautiful and educational space for visitors. Salary for this position is between 45000 and 60000 USD per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We offer full-time employment and an on-site working mode. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the botanical garden, including plant care, pest control, and irrigation
• Develop and implement educational programs and events for visitors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute garden improvements and expansions
• Manage the garden budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints
• Supervise and train garden staff and volunteers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, botany, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in botanical garden management
• Strong knowledge of plant care, pest control, and irrigation techniques
• Experience developing and implementing educational programs and events
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to supervise and train staff and volunteers
