Description
Watson Hygienics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to management and various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and internal correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and company documents
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor communications
- Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and employee records
- Assist management with special projects and operational tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing, hygiene, or distribution environment
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
