Wattlecorp Cybersecurity Labs is seeking an Associate Account Manager - Outbound to join our dedicated team in Kozhikode. As an Associate Account Manager - Outbound, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing client relationships. Your contributions will help secure our clients' digital environments, ensuring they benefit from our innovative cybersecurity solutions. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through outbound efforts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective outreach strategies
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
• Assist in the development of proposals and pricing strategies
• Monitor account performance and address any client concerns
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote our services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a plus
