About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media & Brand Specialist who can build, manage, and elevate our digital presence while strengthening brand identity across platforms. This role combines content strategy, brand positioning, performance marketing insights, and storytelling to create a powerful brand voice.
You will work closely with marketing, design and leadership to ensure a consistent, impactful, and aspirational brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Own and manage brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube & emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, reels, stories, carousels, and brand videos.
- Track platform trends and integrate viral & engagement-driven formats.
- Monitor analytics and optimize content for reach, engagement, conversions, and brand recall.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and strengthen brand tonality, voice, and visual consistency.
- Develop brand guidelines, storytelling frameworks & campaign narratives.
- Lead brand campaigns, festive creatives, product launches, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure brand alignment across website, social, ads, presentations, internal branding & offline material.
- Act as the brand custodian ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, create, and execute high-quality brand and social media content.
- Plan festive, topical, trend-based & performance-driven campaigns.
Performance & Analytics
- Track KPIs: Reach, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, CTR, Conversions, Brand Mentions.
- Provide monthly analytics dashboards and performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms & trends
- Excellent content planning & campaign strategy
- Strong expertise in brand positioning, tonality, voice & narrative building
- Experience in building, scaling & managing brand identity across digital platforms
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, engagement triggers & brand recall principles
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience in Social Media, Brand, Digital Marketing or Content Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or related fields
- Strong portfolio of brand pages / campaigns managed
