Welo Data is looking for native Odia speakers to evaluate machine-generated translations from English to Odia. You will review two translation variants, select the better option, and provide a brief justification to support AI language model improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review English source text and two Odia translation variants.
• Assess translations for accuracy, fluency, and overall quality.
• Select the preferred translation and provide a written rationale.
• Follow project guidelines and meet assigned deadlines.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Odia.
• Good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail and language skills.
• Translation, linguistics, localization, or QA experience is a plus.
