 This isn't just about labeling; you are the Quality Gatekeeper. You will bridge the gap between our Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads, ensuring that human feedback for cutting-edge Arabic AI models is not only accurate but world-class.

The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop

• Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit the work of DLAs, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive team-wide improvement.
• Tactical Support: Act as the first line of defense for the team—answering complex linguistic questions and interpreting evolving guidelines.
• Onboarding & Coaching: Lead hands-on training for new associates, helping them navigate the nuances of Arabic dialects and AI safety.
• Workflow Orchestration: Monitor queues and identify blockers, escalating risks to Team Leads before they impact the program.
• Strategic Insights: Spot high-level patterns in both human and model behavior, contributing directly to the evolution of project guidelines.

• Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Location: California (On-Site: San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Burlingame)
• Pay Rate: 38 $ (per hour)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.
• Linguistic Mastery: Professional-level proficiency in Portuguese (Portugal) and a University Degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
• English Fluency: B2 level or superior English to handle stakeholder syncs and technical reporting.
• Leadership Instincts: Prior experience auditing or reviewing the work of others; you know how to coach without micromanaging.
• Detail Obsession: A high bar for quality and the ability to stay consistent while guidelines shift in real-time.
• Safety Mindset: Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-driven evaluation in a GenAI context.
