Join Welo Data in supporting an important AI safety initiative focused on improving how AI systems respond across different cultural contexts.

We are looking for experienced bilingual professionals to evaluate AI-generated responses using structured safety guidelines. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems remain appropriate, reliable, and culturally aligned for users in your target locale.

This is a short-term, high-impact project ideal for individuals with experience in content moderation, policy review, safety evaluation, or analytical decision-making.

Project Details

Location: Remote – Singapore
Company: Welo Data – AI Services
Engagement Type: Freelance – Remote
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Weekly Commitment: 20–40 hours

Schedule Options:
• 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday
OR
• 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday + 10 weekend hours

Hourly Rate: 28 USD

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses using a structured safety rubric
• Complete independent evaluations for assigned content
• Provide clear, concise written rationales in English
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency
• Support arbitration when evaluation discrepancies occur
• Maintain quality and productivity targets during the evaluation period

Qualifications

Required:

• Fluency in the target language and English
• Strong understanding of the cultural context of the target locale
• Strong written English skills
• Ability to apply detailed guidelines consistently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable availability during the project period

Preferred:

• Experience in safety evaluation, policy review, content moderation, quality assurance, or rubric-based assessment
• Previous experience working on AI, prompt-image, or evaluation projects

Priority may be given to contributors with relevant prior project experience to support faster onboarding and consistent quality.
