- Hunter Mindset (Critical): Comfortable and confident with outbound prospecting, especially cold calling and networking events. Their main KPI is setting up Meetings and generating Sales Qualified leads.
- Startup Adaptability: Ability to position an agile tech company without heavy brand backing; experience working in lean environments preferred (exception of the candidate being from a direct larger competitor of ours)
- Curiosity & Preparation: Candidates who research our offerings and demonstrate interest and ability to sell AI, digital transformation, Development Partnership and staff augmentation.
- Value-Based Selling Experience: Familiar with ROI-driven conversations, especially in BFSI, insurance, or fintech sectors.
