Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and recruit potential Partners/Agents to build a strong sales network.
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and ensure accurate documentation of activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
