Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our business expansion and client engagement activities for CityFinSol.
This position is open for male candidates only, with a strong background in B2B software sales, fintech, or financial services.
You will directly report to the CEO and manage end-to-end business development — from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Present product demos, proposals, and pricing to potential clients.
Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with business owners and decision-makers.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
Mentor junior BDEs and support their performance improvement.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Male candidates only (field meetings & travel required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B or software sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the finance, loan, or SaaS software market.
Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
