Zambrero is looking for a dedicated Service Desk professional to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a Service Desk team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. We offer a competitive salary range of $40 - $45 per hour, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Document and track all interactions in the support system
- Assist with training and onboarding new staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery
- Monitor and maintain service desk metrics and performance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
