Responsibilities of the Role:

• You report to the Messaging Value Stream Agile Master.
• You assure second line support for SMS, MMS and SMS-FW
• You will review the internal and external processes to optimize repair efficiency
• You will identify improvement opportunities and follow the implementation of these actions
• You will be ready to lead the repair team squad by managing, steering and coordinating the team’s actions
• You will follow-up network and service availability/quality and perform proactive and reactive maintenance actions.
• You work with our customer care team in order to find solutions for problems reported by our customers.
• You perform incident management as well as planned work.
• You work together with our vendors and monitor their performance. You insist on proper delivery service.
• You participate in implementation of the new services and network rollout projects, in collaboration with engineering teams.
• You take part in a guard duty service. 

Requirements for the Role:

•    You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecom, mainly in Messaging, signalling or roaming area (Mobile telecommunications or International Carrier Telecom)
•    Experience in https (API), MMS, Kibana or Openmind Software is a plus.
•    Familiar with DevOps concepts (containers, Ansible, CICD, splunk, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.) would be a plus
•    You are familiar with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards.
•    You have good knowledge about the SS7/Sigtran, LTE, GSM call flows and roaming scenarios.
•    You have good operational knowledge of Linux. Knowledge of Docker is a plus.
•    You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or ICT.

• You have knowledge in IT tools (Splunk, python, …) is a plus
